SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOLS
I have been working as a designer for Safe Routes for quite a few years. It's a priviledge to work for such a great program. This is another site where the client uses Contribute for updates and I come in for occasional "once-overs."

PEDAL PRESS Spring 2011, (5 MB PDF file) Marin County Bicycle Coalition's quarterly online newsletter.
The SAFE ROUTES E-NEWS went out monthly. It was designed to download quickly.

ARCTOS PRESS
Publisher of quality poetry books and anthologies. You can also see CB Follett's artwork, and read excerpts from her award winning poems. I have designed about 14 books for Arctos Press. CB ('Lyn) Follett wanted to maintain some of the colors and structural elements from the last version I had designed.

SUSAN TERRIS
Susan is a well respected poet and an editor of Spillway. Besides samples of Susan's poems and where to purchase her books, the site also contains great photography by Diane Rosenblum.

HOLLAND HEN HOUSES
My client wanted the site to feel warm and cozy. This was a fun project. Encouraging people to raise chickens in their urban backyards. This project included designing the logo, illustration and coming up with the tagline.

WOLF RIDGE PRESS
I designed "Sleep Not Sleep" for Harvey Ellis and this web site was made to promote the book. The site also contains some of my photographs.

TERRY PHELAN
Terry is a poet and Chair of the Marin Poetry Center. She wanted a website that was easy to update herself using Contribute.

KATE BROWN
Kate Brown is my sister and also an artist. She lives in North Devon where I grew up and does beautiful fresh watercolour paintings of flowers and landscapes.
She has cards and prints available for sale. The web site reflects her love of light.

PABLO GARCIA
Pablo comes from a village in Mexico where most of the population worked in "artesanias."

THIS SITE
This is the seventh version. The challenge has always been how to show a lot of art and graphics. At the same time making it easy to see. Navigation was an important consideration and making an effort to be more accessible. I use Dreamweaver.
